Basic qualifications: Ornithology – experience in conducting census and monitoring work to assess the state of bird populations. Knowledge of methods for conducting scientific research on terrestrial vertebrates. Experience in conducting EIA, environmental assessment and other forms of impact assessment in development projects.

Scientific interests: Biology and ecology, conservation biology, study of birds and mammals, sustainable development and sustainable use of biodiversity, environmental assessment and environmental impact assessment.
• Candidate of Biological Sciences, majoring in zoology. Topic of the candidate's thesis: “Fauna and population of passerine birds (Passeriformes) of the Issyk-Kul Basin (Northern Tien Shan)” (2012).
• National coordinator of Wetlands International in Kyrgyzstan from 2014 to present.
• Member of the international working group on the Great Bustard in Asia - from 2014 to present.
• Member of the Menzbeer Ornithological Society - from 2006 to the present.
• Work in the international project BirdLife International, preparation and identification of key ornithological territories in Kyrgyzstan in order to protect rare and globally endangered bird species from 2003 to the present.
• Member of the International Working Group on Eurasian Cranes from 2003 to the present.
• Member of the German Nature Conservation Union (NABU) - from 2002 to present.

Positions (currently):
• Researcher at the Institute of Biology of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic. Candidate of Biological Sciences (specialty zoology) - from 2019 to the present.
• Chairman of the Public Association "Kyrgyz Wildlife Conservation Society" "KWCS" - from 2018 to the present.

Social activity: Conducting and preparing lectures, presentations on environmental issues and other natural resource management issues. Active participation in local and international conferences and seminars. Preparation and holding of events in schools and universities of the country (“Bird Day”, “Feed the birds in winter”, “Wetlands Day”, “Crane Day”). Participation in the creation and release of a CD with 10 presentations about the nature of Kyrgyzstan.
